We are thrilled to announce that E.B. Yarnell has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sunlight Home of Collier County, marking a significant milestone in our mission to provide support and empowerment to abused and trafficked pregnant women in our community.

E.B. Yarnell brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community welfare, making her an ideal leader for Sunlight Home. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Shawnee State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University, E.B. has demonstrated her dedication to academic excellence and a strong foundation in legal expertise.

Her journey of service and leadership began early on as the Student Body President at Shawnee State University, where she showcased exceptional leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact. Following her undergraduate studies, E.B. dedicated a year to serving with AmeriCorps, further solidifying her commitment to community and public service.

E.B.’s legal career has been distinguished by her work as a criminal defense attorney, advocating tirelessly for justice and defending the rights of those in need. She has also expanded her professional horizons to include civil litigation and construction law, showcasing her versatility and dedication to excellence in the legal field.

Beyond her legal career, E.B. has been deeply involved in community service, serving on various boards and graduating from Leadership Collier, a testament to her commitment to personal growth and community betterment. Her leadership roles as Chair or Vice Chair of the Collier County Emergency Medical Authority further highlight her dedication to ensuring the well-being of her community and its healthcare services.

As the CEO of Sunlight Home of Collier County, E.B. will bring her unique blend of legal expertise, leadership experience, and passion for community service to lead our organization towards continued success. Her vision and commitment to empowering abused and trafficked pregnant women align perfectly with our mission, and we are excited to have her on board.
