Program Details
- It is a goal for Sunlight of Collier County to have long-term residences available for single mothers to share with another single mother.
- We want to instill in our participants that they can succeed without being financially dependent on an abusive partner and provide them with the support of someone who understands the stress and demands of single motherhood.
- Program fees will be determined based on a sliding scale.
- Program participants will be accountable for their finances and will be required to save during their participation.
- Program participants will be responsible for keeping their residence clean and providing healthy food to their child(ren).
- At Sunlight of Collier County we are passionate about this program as we know it will contribute to the ongoing success of the women we work hard to help and will provide the community with additional housing options for essential workers.
- Sunlight will be launching a capital campaign in the community for the purpose of this program in the very near future.
